  As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments for most services.

  Naturopathic Medicine: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

  No-Shows: If you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee.
