Becky Muller is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, offering counselling services for children, youth, and adults. She creates a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and at ease. Her work is grounded in patience, authenticity, and genuine care.
Becky supports clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She works collaboratively to help individuals build effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Her approach is personalized and goal-oriented, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. She is committed to ongoing professional development and uses evidence-based techniques to provide high-quality, individualized care.
With over sixteen years of experience in the school system, Becky brings a deep understanding of child and youth development. She is a Certified Play Therapist with experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence.
Based in Armstrong, Becky offers a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy. Outside of her practice, she enjoys life on her hobby farm with her family, as well as spending time in nature, kayaking, hiking, practicing yoga, and relaxing with a good Netflix series.
