Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2009 and completed the 3,000-hour Massage Therapy program at the Massage Therapist College of Ontario in 2011. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and, after relocating to British Columbia in 2021, obtained her CMTBC license.
Brenda integrates a variety of hands-on techniques—including fascial release and trigger point therapy—with individualized exercise programs to help clients improve mobility, stability, and overall function. Her treatments range from deep tissue and trigger point therapy to relaxation and Swedish massage, as well as specialized care for prenatal and postnatal clients, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash, and frozen shoulder.
She values a collaborative approach to care and enjoys working alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and strength training professionals who share her commitment to continuous learning and holistic patient care.
