She utilizes modalities such as general Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and stretching to treat a variety of conditions including chronic pain and tension, postural imbalances, headaches and migraines, and soft tissue injury rehabilitation. Her goal is to motivate and educate each patient to be proactive in their lives as an important part of living a healthy lifestyle.
