Dans ses motsCarrie is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) with a passion for understanding how the human body moves, functions, heals, and adapts. Her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with ongoing education in movement, lymphatics, and whole-body function.
Carrie has completed Advanced Lymphatic training through the Chikly Health Institute, including specialized Lymphatic mapping skills that help distinguish healthy versus pathological Lymphatic movement throughout the body.
Using the Align’d Manual Therapy approach, Carrie blends biomechanics, lymphatic and vascular principles, nervous system regulation, myofascial techniques, and movement-based therapy to help address pain, dysfunction, and structural imbalance.
She also integrates Functional Anatomy Systems including Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) into her treatments and assessments.
Passionate about continued growth and learning, Carrie is always expanding her knowledge through advanced courses and up-to-date education to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care for her patients.
