Christopher (Chris) graduated with honours from the Durham College massage therapy program in 2022. He is also a yoga instructor, receiving his RYT 200 hour certification in 2014. With his current knowledge, he is able to create an effective plan that is suited to the needs of any individual that comes into the treatment space. He will always bring his best forward through the use of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and various stretching techniques. He will work to find just the right pressure and try to find the best home care exercises that can help you beyond treatment.
