À propos de Disha
Dans ses motsDisha received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Disha highly values life-long learning, and has completed her clinical education in pelvic health therapy courses (Level 1-3), along with acupuncture and dry needling, and has interest in manual therapy and paediatrics as well.
Disha is passionate about empowering patients to reach their goals by taking an individualized, holistic approach during assessments and treatment. She values providing patient-centered care and believes that having patients become active collaborators in their physiotherapy journey can help them maximize their potential and results. At Athlete’s Care, Disha is looking forward to incorporating a combination of education, manual therapy, soft tissue work and exercise prescription to help you get back to doing what you love. In her free time, Disha enjoys dancing, working out, travelling, and exploring different dessert spots.
