Dr. Erica supports patients at any stage of the fertility process, beginning with preconception health for both partners. As well as providing natural fertility support, she has significant experience providing integrative care for couples undergoing IUI and IVF.
In pregnancy, Dr. Erica provides specific nutritional counselling for each trimester. She helps moms experience a more joyful pregnancy and postpartum by helping them navigate such concerns as fatigue, nausea or indigestion, stress and mood, as well as balancing weight and blood sugar levels.
