About Michael
Dr. Michael grew up just minutes from Stouffville, raised near Aurora after being born in North York. As a lifelong athlete who competed in basketball, track and field, and cross-country running, he understands firsthand what it means to stay active — and what it feels like when pain or injury gets in the way.
He earned his Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, where he studied human movement, biomechanics, and injury prevention. He then completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College), further specializing in Sports Science & Human Performance and Concussion Management.
Today, Dr. Michael is proud to serve the Stouffville community — helping families, young athletes, busy professionals, and active older adults move and feel their best. His philosophy is simple: “Help patients gain power over their pain.”
Dr. Michael uses a hands-on, evidence-based approach that may include, diversified chiropractic adjustments, Myo-Matrix Release (MMR) therapy, active mobility, and movement-based rehabilitation.
From a clinical standpoint, Dr. Michael’s clinical focus lies in family chiropractic care, sports performance, and athletic rehabilitation, and helping patients achieve their overall health and wellness goals. With a curated, evidence-based approach to care, Dr. Michael is devoted to helping his patients, of all ages, move better, recover faster, and live healthier, more active lives.
