I believe that people deserve to wake up feeling happy, vibrant and excited to start their day, that health and happiness are empowering, and that you can help you change your life and the lives of those around you.
I’m a Licensed Naturopathic, mom of 1+2 in a blended family and retired fitness and yoga teacher dedicated to active living. My own health journey in dealing with undiagnosed hypothyroidism and hormonal imbalances led me down a path of studying Naturopathic Medicine over 20 years ago. My entire family was plagued with lifestyle related illness and it became my mission to change that for myself and those around me.
The reality of the health care model today is that we wait until things are a big problem or even broken before it can be addressed. Even still, our healthcare system is failing us with long wait times and limited access to specialists and treatments needed. Now more than ever, you can’t afford to wait for you and your health to fall apart.
This brings me to you.
Attaining optimal health really involves addressing the underlying cause of health issues assessing and integrating physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health. That doesn’t happen in just one visit. My restorative health model allows us to take a deep dive into diagnostics and you to understand what’s happening with you, your body and your life. “Doctor as Teacher” is my guiding principle and I will walk you through an active healing journey, at a pace that you can handle, to take charge of your health, heal your body and restore you health, energy and vibrancy. I use effective, evidence based treatments that are tailored for you and your individual uniqueness.
I have a wealth of experience in dealing with female burnout, thyroid disease, hormone health and digestive health concerns. My special interest in Women’s health, thyroid restoration, bioidentical hormone replacement and anti-aging therapies. I’ve also design specific programs in IV vitamin therapy, weight loss, cosmetic acupuncture and total health assessments.
I’m here to be your teach, your coach and health guru on your journey. I would love to hear about how I can help you get health, look beautiful and feel amazing.
