Registered Kinesiologist / Kinesiology Manager
Jeff is an experienced, practicing Kinesiologist and the Manager of our Kinesiology team at Coast Therapy. He brings both clinical expertise and leadership to our team of kinesiologists - dedicated health professionals who specialize in functional movement and exercise-based care, including active rehabilitation programs, strengthening, hydrotherapy (pool-based exercise), and small group training classes. They work directly with patients under WorkSafeBC, ICBC, and private insurance plans, and collaborate closely with other health professionals to support comprehensive, coordinated care.
Jeff’s clinical focus is helping patients achieve - or return to - their optimal movement and functional abilities. This may involve guided exercise and strengthening, targeted rehabilitation techniques, and education to support long-term recovery and independence. He is a strong believer in personal wellness and healing through movement, and is passionate about empowering patients to trust their bodies, build confidence, and reach their goals.
Whether supporting rehabilitation for a specific condition, returning to a pre-injury level of function, or simply moving better and enjoying daily activities, Jeff and our Kinesiology team are movement specialists committed to helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in how you move.
