Jennifer has been practicing massage therapy since 2016. Having an understanding of how personal and complex pain can be, her practice is patient-centered, inclusive, and trauma-informed. In treatment, she combines manual soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercise, breath work, mindfulness, and lifestyle recommendations. Jennifer is committed to providing her patients with the most up-to-date evidence-based care and dedicates her time to learning and growing as a therapist.
