Jenny is a compassionate and skilled massage therapist who graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary, AB. Having moved to Kelowna from Red Deer, AB in 2024 she is excited to bring her passion for client-centered care to the community.
She believes in the connection between the body and mind, emphasizing that true well-being is achieved by addressing this intricate balance from head to toe. She is particularly interested in chronic pain management and TMJD (temporomandibular joint disorder) which she has taken addition training on.
Jenny employs various therapeutic techniques, including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, to tailor each session to her clients' unique needs. She is committed to fostering a warm and welcoming environment where individuals can find a blend of relief and relaxation.
Outside of her professional life, Jenny enjoys cooking and baking new things she finds online, and indulging in video games. You might also catch her out at one of the many trivia nights or supporting her partner while he takes on the karaoke stage. She is eager to explore and connect with nature, taking advantage of all that the stunning Okanagan region has to offer.
