Jessica has been practicing for over 8 years as an RMT. Her journey began with an Honors BSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, followed by Algonquin College's Intensive Massage Therapy Program. Her background as a Kinesiologist and personal trainer has shaped her into the skilled therapist she is today.
Jessica has also taken her passion for massage therapy into the classroom, where she teaches future therapists at Algonquin College.
Her love of sports, fueled by her own experiences as a runner and triathlete, gives her a unique understanding of the demands athletes face. She specializes in manual techniques such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, and deep tissue massage, tailoring each treatment to optimize balance and strength.
