Dans ses motsJon graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and Psychology. He then pursued his Masters of Physiotherapy at McMaster University, graduating in 2016.
Since graduating, he has taken courses in soft tissue release, contemporary medical acupuncture, neurofunctional assessment, running assessment and training , Movement screens.
Jon also helped in the development of the Athlete's Care Runners Program.
Jon's treatment style uses a mix of education, manual therapy, acupuncture, movements screens, muscle stimulation, and corrective exercises to help you understand exactly what is going on and how to make it better.
Jon is an avid sports fan and loves travelling, hiking, movies, and staying active.
