Kaylee Heyens-McMahon
À propos de Kaylee
Dans ses motsAs a mom and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, I am passionate about supporting women and the perinatal population. My years of experience, as well as specialized training, have equipped me with the skills I need to support the unique needs of clients. I use an easy-going, collaborative approach, because I believe that you are the expert on your life and family. I'll work alongside you to manage the issues at hand and create the life you've always envisioned. You deserve support, you deserve to feel like yourself again, and I'm here to help.
I typically blend of variety of cognitive based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) with emotionally focused therapy (EFFT) to best meet my clients' unique needs. I am an EMDR Trained Therapist and often use this to help my clients work through deeper issues. My practice is guided by trauma-informed care and attachment theory.
To help you out along the way, some sessions will be followed up with an email that provides additional support, resources & recaps new learnings from the session!
