Meet Kristina, a vibrant and skilled Registered Massage Therapist who embarked on her journey by attending the full-time program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, proudly graduating in December 2022. From the tender age of three, Kristina's love for movement ignited through dance, encompassing ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, and contemporary styles. This passion evolved into a commitment to ensuring everyone can feel supported in reaching their goals, particularly when she took on the role of a Dance Instructor. Adding to her accolades, Kristina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a Major in Dance from Simon Fraser University, earned in 2018. Kristina's personal connection with massage therapy traces back to her competitive dance days, where she experienced its transformative benefits in recovery and injury prevention. Now, as a dedicated massage therapist, she seamlessly integrates Swedish massage techniques with deep tissue work, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Joint Mobilization. Her focus is unwavering — to collaborate with patients and create effective treatment plans that enhance muscle function, improve range of motion, and alleviate pain through the art of massage therapy. Outside of the treatment room, Kristina continues to dance and finds joy in sharing her passion by teaching Spin classes.
