Lacey Forsyth is a Registered Physical Therapist, healthcare entrepreneur, educator, and the Founder & CEO of Bump Physio & Co; a multi-location physiotherapy and allied health company serving communities across British Columbia.
What began as a boutique pelvic health practice has grown into a life-cycle focused healthcare brand grounded in one core belief: everyone experiences bumps in life, whether that’s pregnancy, injury, aging, performance ambitions, or unexpected detours.
Under Lacey’s leadership, Bump has expanded into a values-driven organization centered on belonging, growth, and clinical excellence.
As CEO, Lacey leads strategic development, organizational growth, and leadership across multiple clinics. She is deeply committed to cultivating confident clinicians, strong systems, and workplace cultures where both clients and teams can thrive. Lacey holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia (UBC), a Master of Arts in Sociology from Simon Fraser University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from UBC. Her educational background blends hands-on clinical insight with a systems-based approach to healthcare, leadership, and community building.
In addition to her executive leadership role, Lacey remains connected to clinical education and professional mentorship. She contributes to post-graduate training through Pelvic Health Solutions, teaching with the UBC MPT program and maintaining
active memberships with the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
At her core, Lacey is passionate about growing people, whether that means guiding clients through physical recovery, mentoring clinicians into leadership, or building organizations that evolve alongside the communities they serve.
Outside of her work, she is a proud mom of two teenage boys and understands firsthand the resilience, humour, and adaptability required to navigate life’s many bumps.

“I can't say enough good things about Lacey & her Team at Bump and Co!
From the very first session, her knowledge and expertise were obvious, she truly understands the complex intricacies of the pelvic floor at any age, from teen-hood to wisdom-hood. She takes the time to really understand what's going on with your body and explains everything so clearly, bringing so much more awareness to how your body works.
What sets her apart even more is her genuine compassion and her passion for women's health specifically. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and safe at every visit, she truly cares about helping women feel strong, supported, and understood through every stage of life. The home exercises she gives are always thoroughly thought through and tailored to exactly what is needed.
Lacey has been such an instrumental health asset, and on top of all her expertise, she's just so lovable and easy to be around. Her entire team is equally caring and welcoming, making every visit feel warm from the moment you walk in. You will feel so cared for at every appointment, progress within 3 months was undeniable because of her guidance. If you're looking for a PT who combines real expertise with heart, I can't recommend Lacey and Bump and Co enough! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”Lire la suiteRéduire

She is an expert in her field, driven for the advancement of care of the birthing person, a wealth of knowledge and expertise and a tremendously gentle and caring human being. She is also funny! Definitely hit up the clinic for amazing support around birthing people!!!!!”Lire la suiteRéduire
