Dans ses motsI have always been active in sports and coaching of some sports. I have also been a Personal Trainer for almost 15 years. I was introduced to Fascial Stretch therapy and personally saw a huge difference in my mobility and performance and knew that it would transfer to all of my clients regardless of the athleticism, sport or age. I became a certified therapist and all of my clients have seen the benefits of Fascial stretch therapy. I am passionate about seeing everyone realizing the physical, mental and health benefits and successes to achieves their goals of more mobility, less pain and improved mental health as well. I look forward to meeting everyone and discussing options
