Welcome! Through my practice I offer a place to slow down, to feel safe, and to come home to yourself. My practice is rooted in rest, ritual, safety, and trust.
I carry with me the teachings of my queerness and my Indigenous ancestry, rooted in Penelakut and Tlingit lineages. Each is a path of remembering, each a reminder that we heal through connection. I also hold the threads of my Swedish and Dutch ancestry, which weave alongside these teachings and shape who I am. Together, they call me back to community, to belonging, and to the truth of my being. In turn, I offer this way of being to those I work with: a space grounded in authenticity, reciprocity, and care.
I believe that when we are offered space to soften, to be seen, heard, and cared for without expectation, something within us begins to remember its own wholeness. Healing doesn’t always come from doing more, but from resting deeply enough to listen to the wisdom our bodies already hold.
Here, care becomes ritual. Each session is an invitation to return to yourself: to breathe, to release, to rediscover. Safety, reciprocity, and care guide everything I do, because I know that being truly supported is itself a form of healing. This work is not about fixing, but about remembering, remembering that you are whole, worthy of rest, and deserving of gentleness.

Devotion to Wellness Series of 6

A commitment to yourself and your healing.
This will be where we continue building that foundation of safety and trust, between us, and between you, your body, and your nervous system. Over the course of this series, we will gently guide your nervous system to remember how to rest and receive.
*What to Expect*
This series includes six 90-minute sessions designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Each session is personalized to your needs, focusing on the neck, face, and scalp, with buccal massage included as needed. This ritual weaves together grounding practices, gentle release work, and connection to help you return to yourself and experience deep healing.
Organic jojoba oil is used on the face, as it closely mirrors your skin's natural oils. It deeply hydrates, supports balanced oil production, and provides antioxidant protection, leaving your skin nourished and cared for.
Investment: $1300
Can be paid all at first appointment or split over 3 months. Please try to book all 6 sessions at once, ideally on a biweekly schedule.
