Dans ses motsMeghan is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and holds a Masters of Counselling from City University of Seattle. Meghan believes that counselling is a collaborative undertaking focused on empowering individuals to make the best choices for themselves to find their best wellbeing. She always strives to provide a culturally sensitive space inclusive of all individuals and relationships. Meghan uses a strength-based and client-centred approached that focuses on alleviating the weight of shame that we carry and highlight the strength that it took you to get to the place you are at today. She focuses on being trauma informed and draws from Internal Family Systems.
Through having children, she understands the strain of daily caretaking and the toll it takes on the body, mind, relationships, and sense of self. She is passionate about supporting parents wellness to help them show up as their best self for themselves and their children. Whether it is managing pregnancy, postpartum and parenting, or coping with trauma, difficult relationships, anxiety, or depression, she is passionate about creating a safe place to explore and create change.
When she is not working, she is busy spending time with her young kids or reading everything.

« Parenting can be both incredibly rewarding and intensely challenging. Bump’s Thrive Circle is a compassionate, judgment-free space designed to support parents through the beautiful and complex journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting.
Led by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) specializing in perinatal mental health and parenting support—and a mom of three herself—this group offers a warm, welcoming environment where parents can connect, share experiences, and find camaraderie.

- Parents of young children seeking community and guidance
