With experience as a high-level personal trainer, holistic lifestyle coach, and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, along with a degree in Psychology and a Massage Therapy diploma from Boreal College in Ontario, his approach is truly well-rounded.
Michael is passionate about helping people understand the root cause of their concerns and creating personalized treatment plans designed for lasting results—not just temporary relief.
Outside of the clinic, Michael is a husband and father of four who loves mountain biking, camping, hiking, running, and spending time outdoors with his family.
