Current research shows that exercise along with proper medication can slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease and help maintain one’s muscle strength, control and function. To have the greatest effect, the exercise must be at an appropriate intensity, and incorporate large, multi-joint movements. Join this 7 week, high energy, innovative class for a fun way to keep moving with Parkinson's!
An individual assessment at Active Living Physiotherapy clinic is required before registering for the class. Please contact to book.
COST FOR CLASS IS $175 + GST and must be paid in advance to secure your spot.

At Active Living Physio, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, engaging classes. Our classes are popular and fill quickly, so we ask for your full commitment to the classes you register for and respect for the schedule you’ve invested in.
Cancellation by ALP
Classes may occasionally be canceled or rescheduled due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability.
If a class is canceled by ALP, your full investment will be refunded.
Cancellation by Client
Securing Your Spot: Full payment is required prior to the start of the course to secure your registration. Your payment represents your commitment to the class.
Missed Classes: There are no refunds for individual classes within a session.
Withdrawal from a Session:
If you wish to withdraw from a class series, you must provide at least 1 week’s notice before the start of the session.
Withdrawal applies to the entire session (all classes in the set, typically 4–8 weeks). Partial withdrawals or refunds for individual weeks are not permitted.

Follow-up visits focus on progressing your rehabilitation program and helping you improve mobility, balance, walking, strength, coordination, and confidence with everyday activities. Treatment is individualized and may include balance training, gait retraining, strengthening exercises, functional mobility practice, falls prevention strategies, and education to support ongoing recovery and independence.
