Dans ses motsPalak earned her Bachelor of physiotherapy in 2020 and has since been committed to helping individuals improve their quality of life through movement and rehabilitation. She strongly promotes an active and healthy lifestyle and works closely with patients to help them regain confidence in their physical abilities.
She is dedicated to educating her clients on body mechanics, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention while identifying the underlying causes of discomfort rather than simply treating symptoms. Her patient-centered approach combines evidence-based techniques with customized treatment plans designed to support recovery, enhance mobility, and reduce the risk of reoccurring injuries.
Palak has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries such as sprains, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her clinical interests also include return-to-work and return-to-sport rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation focused on balance and mobility, as well as care for geriatric population.
Beyond the clinic, Palak enjoys spending her free time cooking and experimenting with new baking recipes.
