About Stephanie
Their own wordsStephanie has been practicing for 20+ years as an RMT. She has developed a special interest in TMJ dysfunction, the treatment of headaches, migraines and chronic pain. She can assess and treat many conditions, Steph has a deep knowledge of balancing the bodies structures and using myofascial release to enable optimal balance and strength.
Now residing in manotick, she enjoys balancing a busy young family and getting out to enjoy many seasonal activities. Including lots of experience in skiing , boarding, cycling, BMX, and swimming.
Stephanie looks forward to helping her clients meet their health goals and share her experience and knowledge.
