She quickly identifies muscle imbalances and movement patterns that drive dysfunction, aiming to empower and educate her clients through active and individualized exercise prescriptions, complemented by manual therapy and IMS or acupuncture treatments. Tia works from a holistic approach and enjoys connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds. She played rugby and soccer in her youth and enjoys working with athletes. Recently, she has added a BPPV specialty to her practice, carefully assessing and treating vertigo and BPPV conditions. In her free time, Tia enjoys running, hiking, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her son.
