Ruby holds advanced degrees in Integrative Medicine and Acupuncture & Tuina Massage, giving her a strong foundation in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern therapeutic massage. She began her career in China – completing an internship at a public hospital in Guangzhou and practicing in a Beijing TCM clinic – and has conducted research on specialized Tuina massage techniques to enhance nerve function.
In her practice at Kefi Wellness Centre, Ruby integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine principles into soothing massage therapy sessions. She specializes in relieving stubborn headaches, neck and shoulder tension, cervical spondylosis, chronic low back strain, frozen shoulder, and stress-related muscle pain (often the kind that comes from long hours at the office). By combining techniques like acupressure, deep tissue massage, and gentle stretching, Ruby tailors each treatment to ease pain and restore balance for her clients.
