Every person has their own story to tell and every story impacts a person differently, so not only do I want to know about the concerns that brought you to physiotherapy, I want to know about you and what I can do to improve your overall quality of life.
I completed my Honours Bachelors with Specialization in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa in 2018. I then completed my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland in 2021. I am a new mom (2025), a military wife, and an animal lover (1 dog & 1 cat) - so our house is very busy! I love volleyball and going on hikes with my family. In my spare time, I like to read and watch silly reality TV.
