Abdul Hadi Zulkarnain

Hadi Zulkarnain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and is a certified, registered member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). He brings a well-rounded background in movement and exercise science, shaped by his work as a functional fitness coach with a wide range of clients, from recreational participants to athletes, as well as through his hands-on experience as a Kinesiology intern at the Physical Activity Research Centre (PARC), where he worked with individuals with spinal cord dysfunction. These experiences have equipped Hadi with a broad scope of practice and the ability to adapt his approach to meet the unique needs of each client. A lifelong passion for sports and physical activity fuels his commitment to helping others discover the benefits of movement. Hadi strives to make exercise both approachable and enjoyable by finding creative ways to integrate it into everyday life. He works collaboratively with clients to develop tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs designed to support their health, recovery, and performance goals.
