Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using slow, deliberate strokes and sustained pressure. It’s designed to address chronic muscle tension, adhesions, and restrictions that contribute to pain and limited mobility. By breaking down scar tissue and improving circulation, deep tissue massage supports tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and enhances functional movement.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a full-body treatment that uses fast, rhythmic movements to help stimulate the flow of fluid through the body’s lymphatic system. It focuses on supporting detoxification and promoting an overall energy boost, with benefits including reduced bloating, improved circulation, hormonal balance, and a body-sculpting effect. This treatment is most effective when you are well hydrated.
This lymphatic drainage massage is designed to support surgical recovery by using specialized techniques to help reduce fluid buildup, improve circulation, and relieve discomfort around scar tissue. It is recommended for C-sections, endometriosis surgery, cosmetic procedures, hip or knee replacements, and more.
Prenatal massage is a therapeutic treatment specifically adapted to support the physical and emotional needs of individuals during pregnancy. Techniques are modified to ensure safety and comfort at all stages, with a focus on reducing musculoskeletal discomfort, improving circulation, relieving joint and muscle pain, and promoting relaxation. Treatment may address common concerns such as low back pain, hip tension, and swelling, while supporting overall well-being throughout pregnancy.
This service is designed for clients experiencing jaw pain, clicking, headaches, or facial tension. The appointment includes a thorough assessment of the jaw and surrounding structures, followed by a personalized treatment plan.
Therapeutic massage focuses on addressing specific musculoskeletal dysfunction through a combination of techniques designed to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, improve tissue healing, and restore optimal function. This treatment is customized to your individual needs, helping to relieve discomfort from injury, chronic conditions, or overuse, and supporting your body’s natural recovery process.
This specialized treatment targets painful areas of muscle tissue—known as trigger points—that can cause localized discomfort or refer pain to other parts of the body. Through focused pressure and release techniques, trigger point therapy helps reduce muscle tension, encourage blood flow, improve range of motion, and alleviate pain, promoting overall muscle health and function.
