Hi, I’m Adelay! I have always maintained a great affinity for the complexities of the human mind and body. From a young age, I demonstrated a natural intuition for listening to the body’s requests for care through a manual approach. My earliest memory is of expertly discovering tender muscle sections along my Dad’s back, a memory I’m sure he greatly enjoyed. I attribute much of my career passion to him.

I honed these skills with extensive education, completing my Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Practice (DOMP) in Edmonton, Alberta. Throughout my life, I have personally experienced and developed a deep-seated understanding and respect for the unconditional effort and support that our bodies offer us in an honest effort for us to enjoy our lives, and I have developed an unyielding goal to support this inherent ability of sustenance through the practice of Manual Osteopathy.
