About Adrian
Language fluency: English and Spanish.
I take a compassionate, client-centred, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I believe that healing and meaningful change begin with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and feel supported throughout the process.
In our work together, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to help you develop practical tools that support lasting change - not just short-term symptom relief. I value a collaborative approach, where we work together to better understand your experiences and build strategies that feel manageable, relevant, and empowering in your everyday life. I work with children, youth, adolescents, adults, couples, as well as refugees and immigrants, and I am committed to supporting individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and social backgrounds, with experience supporting clients navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, panic, depression, grief, life transitions, and workplace stress.
