AjouterAdrianne Colby (she/her) has been a registered Massage Therapist since 2017 and has
worked in the Millbrook/Cavan area for the last 6 years. She has experience and
training in Swedish Massage and advanced techniques that promote relaxation,
decrease pain, increase range of motion and treat a variety of acute and chronic
conditions.
As a retired doula and breastfeeding educator she has always had a passion for treating
birthing people through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. She also has experience

and training in infant massage and uses each session as an opportunity to educate
parents on the benefits and techniques that they can use to continue massage at home
if they wish. Adrianne also has extensive experience in treating a variety of sports
related injuries and understands the importance of regular maintenance for sports
professionals.
Over the years she has worked with professional lacrosse players, hockey players,
triathletes, runners, fitness instructors, etc. helping them reach their athletic wellness
goals. Adrianne has truly found her passion through Massage Therapy and is so happy
to be part of the Cavan Chiropractic team!
