Adrien is a physiotherapist with more than 10 years of experience. He first completed a professional bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences at Paris Sud University in 2007, then worked in sports coaching and sport retail management in France, before moving to Spain to earn his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, in Barcelona. Since then, he has continued to develop his skills with post-graduate training in areas such as Manual Therapy and IMS/Dry Needling. Adrien has been serving the communities of Greater Victoria for the past six years, and offers care in English, French, and Spanish. He enjoys working with individuals and families across all ages and conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological concerns, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Passionate about neuroscience and pain science, he loves helping people better understand their bodies, make sense of their pain, and feel empowered in their recovery. His approach is whole-person and collaborative: Adrien takes the time to listen to your story, understand your goals, and build a clear, individualized treatment plan that focuses on movement, education, and sustainable progress. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Adrien enjoying the beautiful Island—running, swimming, biking around Victoria, practicing martial arts, and also heading out for early morning ocean dips, cooking with his kids, tending his garden, or playing music.

During this visit, we work together to understand what has led you to this point, discuss your recovery goals, and determine the steps needed to help you return to independence.
