Adrienne Mak is a graduate of the 3,000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC. Prior to massage she attended the University of Alberta and Douglas College where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Recreation, Sport and Tourism and Diploma of Sport Science. Being educated in Sport Science and playing Varsity basketball for 2 years she is familiar with many sports injuries. Recently Adrienne has traveled to Africa on multiple missions and is passionate about helping people. Adrienne is committed to assisting her clients to achieve and maintain optimal physical function, recover from injury, relieve pain and improve their overall wellbeing. Adrienne has experience working with young and old, and everyone in between. Whether you’re an office worker, elite athlete, nurse, weekend warrior, or stay at home parent, Adrienne has an amazing ability to meet the needs of a wide variety of patients.
