AjouterAlanna is a Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Herbalist and Yoga Teacher who is also trained in Cupping and Craniosacral therapy.
She is a graduate of a 3000-hour Massage Therapy Program and has been practicing since 2015 tailoring each treatment to fit the individualized needs of her clients. She believes in the restorative potential of the human mind, body, and spirit in response to massage.
Offering one-on-one yoga sessions, Alanna uses her knowledge of anatomy and the energy centers of the body to help people connect with their unity within while giving them the tools to become confident in their own self-practice and inner journey. Yoga sessions are also used to correct postural issues and bring more physical awareness.

This is a four-week series led by RMT Alanna Blackburn and SLP Laura Sawers inviting new parents to learn about infant communication and the benefits of nurturing touch. Throughout these classes, parents will learn the techniques and skills to provide their baby with a nurturing and relaxing massage. Parents will also learn about infant communication and techniques to support connection and early communication development. For families with children ages 0-18 months. Please bring your little ones, along with a teddy or doll to practice. We understand the need for naps and nursing, please know there are comfortable spaces for you to nurse and babies are welcome to nap throughout the class. Parents will be provided with a yoga mat and massage oil.
