The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Initial Assessment is a comprehensive, evidence-based evaluation that identifies physical strengths and limitations affecting your golf swing, performance, and injury risk. Using golf-specific movement screens, we assess posture, mobility, strength, and balance to understand how your body moves in relation to your swing. From there, you’ll receive a tailored program of exercises, mobility work, and injury-prevention strategies to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and help you play longer, stronger, and pain-free.
