AjouterAlexandra graduated from Wellington College in 2016. She would go on to work at a multidisciplinary wellness center for her first 5 years of practice, developing a skill for helping clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, repetitive strain injuries, and people dealing with chronic pain. She has continuously worked on expanding her knowledge in her field through continuing education courses such as understanding concussions, treating clients who suffer from trauma and PTSD, ligamentous articular strain techniques for the shoulder, and cupping massage to name a few.

As Alex is dedicated to helping clients alleviate pain and discomfort, her intent during her sessions are to provide a quality assessment and treatment of the client's complaint while educating them on their body's anatomy and physiology to help them mend and maintain their relationship with movement. Each treatment is tailored to that clients specific needs and adapts as those needs change.
Alex plans to further expand her knowledge with courses such as 'Understanding and Treating Headaches and TMJ Disorders' and 'Evidence Informed Clinical Cupping'.
