I am passionate about co-creating spaces for healing, growth, and reconnection with clients to help them meet their own personal challenges & goals. I have completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto, with an expected graduation of June 2026.
My approach is integrative to each client's unique strengths, while ensuring that safety and cultural sensitivity are honoured. Sessions blend Emotion Focused/Attachment, Acceptance & Commitment, body-based therapies to support clients and couples with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, grief, and life transitions. I have experience supporting clients navigating trauma, attachment wounds, shame, anxiety, people-pleasing, and the feeling of being disconnected from their sense of self. As a therapist, my approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that many of our patterns make sense when understood in the context of what we have lived through. My work is also informed by lived experience, which has shaped my commitment to creating a space that feels warm, collaborative, and deeply non-shaming. Together, we can gently explore the parts of you that have been working hard to keep you safe, while also making room for more curiousity, connection, self-trust, and balance.

I value authenticity within my work with clients, and I meet clients as a person and as a therapist. Outside of sessions, you can find me running along the seawall, hiking (slowly), or at the farmer's market. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move through change, grow strengths, and reconnect with their inner sense of self.
