I provide a safe, inclusive and respectful environment where we work 'together' on your personalized massage therapy treatment and the goals that you may have. Whether you need some post-injury treatment or something that leaves you feeling relaxed and de-stressed, I can provide you with a treatment designed for your individual needs. During your treatments, I can use General Swedish massage techniques, Petrissage, Trigger Point and Myofascial release to relieve any muscle restrictions or reduced ranges of motion. I am also certified in Cupping and Trauma Informed Massage Therapy.
