My work as a therapist is built on the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal when they feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe healing happens when we connect to ourselves, to others, and even to the messiest parts of our stories. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, or simply need a space to process what’s happening in your life, I’m here to support you in exploring whatever comes up. Big emotions, difficult situations, and colorful language are welcome and encouraged; nothing is off the table in my sessions.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work with a specialization in trauma-informed practice and take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy. I use a range of therapeutic tools to fit your individual needs and help you make progress in ways that feel realistic and meaningful. I often draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support your growth.

Before stepping into private practice, I spent several years working front-line in the mental health and addictions field, supporting adults through some of their most challenging moments. That work reinforced the importance of safety, honesty, and humor in my practice. Therapy does not have to be stiff or sterile to be healing. My own healing journey and long-term sobriety have greatly shaped my passion for this work as well. I know what it’s like to rebuild from the inside out, and I believe that no matter how stuck you may feel, healing is always possible. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and your own wisdom again.
