Ali Mokhtari

He deeply understands the importance of a holistic approach to health and believes maintaining wellness is key to quality of life and underlines that recovery from physical or sport injuries and psychosomatic conditions plays a vital role in overall health.

Since massage therapy is a powerful modality to enhance both physical and mental well-being, he is passionate about his work as an RMT to individually approach the complaints of his clients and cooperatively tailor short-, mid-, and long-term treatment goals based on their unique needs. Ali incorporates various techniques to enhance treatment effectiveness, and emphasizes a collaborative, client-centered approach in decision-making. He also recommends exercises and homecare activities to support continued progress between sessions.

Outside practice, Ali is works as RMT Instructor and Coordinator and enjoys hiking with his dog, Kevin, playing basketball with his children, and volunteering in various community services. He is currently a board member at large with the West Vancouver Youth Band.
