Alia is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and became a licensed Therapist in 2002. Her training and treatments utilize various modalities and techniques including Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Joint Mobilizations. Her practice also extends to treating children, pre and postnatal women and infant massage. Alia believes that Massage Therapy is a powerful, effective and relaxing treatment that optimizes your physical and mental well being thereby reducing stress and tension in your daily life. Her treatments help alleviate discomfort associated with everyday stresses, muscular overuse and chronic pain. When it comes to her patients’ health and wellbeing, Alia is a strong advocate for maintenance and prevention by educating them in home care and providing them with a comprehensive approach to their overall health.
