AjouterAfter 16 years working in a variety of communications roles, Alicia felt called to make a career change that would directly impact people’s health and well-being. She graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Westervelt College in Ontario and began her career as an RMT in 2021. In December 2024, she and her husband fulfilled their dream of moving to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, settling in beautiful Cochrane, Alberta.

Alicia is passionate about helping people stay active, healthy, and pain-free through focused and personalized massage therapy treatments. Whether you need therapeutic massage for injury recovery, deep tissue work for stubborn tension, or relaxation massage to de-stress, she blends techniques to address postural strain, headaches, sports injuries, muscle soreness, and chronic pain — while also offering restorative treatments for stress relief.
Her clients range from desk workers to weekend warriors recovering from hiking, skiing, or cycling in the Rockies. Alicia believes massage therapy is essential for recovery, injury prevention, and overall wellness, helping people move well, feel great, and keep doing what they love.
Alicia has always embraced an active lifestyle and finds joy being outside in nature. Alicia grew up playing competitive soccer and, in her 30s, discovered a love for recreational running. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her running Cochrane’s trails, hiking in the Rockies, or exploring Alberta and BC's parks. Alicia is always open to exploring new places so feel free to share your favourite spots the next time you are in for a massage therapy treatment!

Student massage therapy at Soulstice Wellness Centre is provided by advanced massage therapy students completing their clinical training under supervision. These sessions offer quality care at a reduced rate in a professional clinic setting.
