Their own wordsWelcome! I am a psychotherapy intern completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. As a parent of an autistic child, I am passionate about neurodiversity and reproductive mental health. In my practice I aim to close a service gap across Canada by providing trauma-informed, neuro-affirming psychotherapy services. 🩵
In my psychotherapy approach I use an integrative model that combines cognitive behavioural therapy with psychodynamic exploration. Excitingly in 2026 I am adding EMDR to my clinical training combined with Cognitive Processing Therapy. I use this ‘gold standard’ treatment combination to help clients process historical trauma and break unwanted cognitive behavioural cycles.
