I chose massage therapy as a way to make a meaningful impact on people’s day to day lives and to be the kind of appointment people genuinely look forward to. My treatment approach focuses on your main concerns while also addressing the smaller, often overlooked areas that influence how your body feels overall. I place a strong emphasis on creating a calm, welcoming, and comfortable environment where you can slow down, unwind, and feel supported. Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, fishing, shopping, and listening to Taylor Swift. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey and hope to see you in the treatment room soon!

Cupping Massage Cupping massage consists of using plastic cups and creating suction and vacuum pressure over localized areas of the body. The suction helps to release rigid soft tissue; drain excess fluids and toxins; loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue; and bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles. These cups are left on the area for 10-20 minutes to do their magic. Massage is then performed using one of the cups to loosen tissue further.
