should feel approachable and supportive. I believe in a collaborative partnership between
client and therapist, where you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to offer
support and guidance as you navigate the challenges you face.
As a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming
space for clients to explore life’s complexities, while fostering strengths and resilience. I
work with individuals, couples, and families in both virtual and in-person settings.
I am deeply committed to fostering a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel
truly heard, understood, and empowered to address the challenges you encounter.
Navigating decisions about your needs can be overwhelming at times. Having questions
