I am a trauma-informed counsellor with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal and grow through the power of storytelling and emotional exploration. In my practice, I combine narrative techniques and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients understand and reshape the stories they hold about themselves, their past, and their relationships.

My approach is grounded in compassion, trust, and a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace.
Whether you’re dealing with trauma, grief, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to support you in discovering new ways to engage with your emotions, break free from limiting beliefs, and create a life that aligns with your true values. Together, we can work towards healing, resilience, and a more meaningful connection to yourself and to others.

All ICBC clients must book an Initial Assessment. In this session, the client and counsellor will work together to complete a standard ICBC Initial Assessment Package. Any time remaining after the ICBC assessment is completed will be allocated for counselling therapy treatment. After this session, the ICBC Initial Assessment package is submitted to ICBC, who will decide if the client qualifies for counselling therapy coverage. Please note, it may take some time for ICBC to confirm the client's counselling therapy benefits.
