I know that reaching out for support takes courage, and I deeply value the trust it takes to share your story. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported — wherever you are in your journey. I work with individuals and couples across Alberta and BC through virtual sessions, offering flexible and compassionate care tailored to you.
