A combined assessment and treatment designed for infants and young children, always involving a parent or guardian. Sessions include: Thorough intake & developmental check-in. Gentle, hands-on treatment by an RMT. Guided home care and education. Teaching therapeutic touch to parents & caregivers. This treatment is only suggested every 6 months OR if a new symptom arises. New baby check-ins are included within this treatment option.

Tailored treatments for adolescents, supporting physical and emotional changes during this stage. Option to remain at 45 minutes or extend to 60 minutes (discuss with therapist) Parent/guardian presence is based on client preference and comfort Ongoing consent is prioritized at every visit

Hot stone massage can relieve muscle pain and tension by combining massage therapy and heat. Heat is often recommended to treat achy muscles. Applying heat to an area of the body helps increase blood flow to that spot, which improves healing—not recommended during pregnancy.
